Searches for food assistance on Foodlink's website quadrupled when threats were made last month to key federal nutrition programs -- a clear sign that more people in our community are struggling to put food on the table.For many of our neighbors, reduced benefits mean making impossible choices between paying rent, filling prescriptions, or putting food on the table, choices that become even harder during the holidays. When government falls short, Foodlink must step up to support families.Thanks to your support, we’ve significantly increased our purchased food inventory to keep shelves stocked across our network of 400+ nonprofit partners. Your help allows us to expand our Pop-Up Pantry distributions to reach more neighbors who struggle with accessing basic food items and connecting individuals with benefit navigation resources to help them access the support they deserve. We serve as the hub of the emergency food system across a 10-county service area.
